Every business gets its own address. Forward a message to it, or copy it in. The email and its attachments are kept exactly as they arrived.

Photos and files
Snap a whiteboard, a receipt or a business card, or drop in a PDF. The words inside become searchable, and the original is kept.

Finding it again is the whole point
Search one business or all of them at once. Use the words you remember or describe what you meant. Every result leads back to the original: the email, the recording, the page.
Ask the same question in Claude or ChatGPT. Connect Boss once, choose which businesses it may see, and switch it off whenever you like. ChatGPT needs a paid plan for this.
Invite a partner or your team to a business. They see that business and nothing else. Remove someone and they lose access within a minute, on every device.

What we promise
What you put into Boss is often unfinished and sometimes private. These are the rules we build to.
- Your data is kept in the EU
- The database and your stored files sit in Cloudflare’s EU jurisdiction. Our privacy notice lists every service we use and what each one sees.
- What you capture is not used to train AI
- We use Anthropic and OpenAI through their business APIs, which do not train their models on customer content.
- Nothing is lost if something fails
- Every capture is saved before anything else happens. If filing or transcription fails, it waits in Not yet filed and we try again.
- You can take it with you, or delete it
- Export a business as files you can open anywhere. Delete a capture and every copy we made of it goes too.
- By invitation
- There is no public sign-up. Each person is invited by someone who already runs a business in Boss.
